Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during sales or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses, so please double-check your info at checkout.

We offer returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery and 14 days for in-store purchases). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Final sale items (including accessories, swim, intimates, gift cards, and clearance) are not eligible.

To start a return, contact us or submit a request through your account. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
