What is Patti Sue’s Boutique all about?
Patti Sue’s Boutique was created to be more than just a place to shop—it’s a space where women can feel confident, beautiful, and completely at home. Inspired by the charm and warmth of southern boutiques, our goal is to offer a cozy, welcoming experience where you can take your time, explore styles you love, and truly enjoy the process.
Where are you located?
We’re located at 550 36th Ave SW Suite D, Altoona, IA 50009. We’d love to see you in store!
What are your store hours?
We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Tuesday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Yes! You can shop online anytime, or visit us in person—we’re always happy to help you find your perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Sezzle, Shop Pay installments and PayPal, along with standard payment options at checkout.
Do you offer private shopping or events?
We do! We love hosting private shopping experiences, including girls’ nights, birthdays, and styling sessions. Give us a call to book your time.
Sezzle
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a buy now, pay later option that lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. It’s a simple way to shop now and pay over time—without any hidden fees.
How does Sezzle work?
When you check out, select Sezzle as your payment method. You’ll pay 25% of your order upfront, and the remaining balance will be split into 3 additional payments every two weeks.
Is there interest or extra fees?
Nope! As long as payments are made on time, Sezzle is completely interest-free.
Will using Sezzle affect my credit?
Sezzle does not perform a hard credit check, so your credit score won’t be impacted when you sign up.
What if I miss a payment?
Sezzle may charge a late fee if a payment is missed, so be sure to keep track of your payment schedule.
When will my order ship if I use Sezzle?
Your order is processed and shipped just like any other order—there’s no delay when you choose Sezzle.
Can I return an item purchased with Sezzle?
Yes! Returns are handled according to our return policy. Once your return is processed, Sezzle will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
Who can use Sezzle?
Sezzle is available to shoppers 18+ with a valid payment method and approval through Sezzle at checkout.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the carrier.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order is with the carrier, delays are out of our control, but we’re always happy to help you track your package or guide you through filing a claim.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for online orders and must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit or exchange—we do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Final sale items, gift cards, accessories, intimates, swimwear, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
How do I start a return?
You can email us or submit a return request through your Shopify account with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase. If you have your eye on something, we recommend placing a new order right away to secure it.

Patti Points are our way of saying thank you for shopping with us! You earn points on purchases and fun activities, then redeem them for discounts, exclusive perks, and more.
How do I earn Patti Points?
There are lots of fun ways to earn:

How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough Patti Points, you can redeem them for discounts at checkout. Just log into your account and apply your rewards—it’s that easy!
Do my Patti Points expire?
Points may expire after a period of inactivity, so don’t forget to use them and treat yourself!
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes! You’ll need to create a free account to start earning and tracking your Patti Points.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
