Shipping

We know you’re excited to get your order, and we are too.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on the carrier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before shipment
  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we are always happy to help you track your order or guide you through filing a claim if needed.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Patti Sue’s Boutique. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for online orders or within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return
  • Gift cards, accessories, intimates, swimwear, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

To start a return, email crystal@pattisue.shop or submit a return request through your Shopify account with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving return approval.

Refunds, if applicable for approved exceptions such as defective items, are issued within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and if free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase. If the desired item is in stock, we recommend placing a new order right away to secure it.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. By purchasing from our site, you agree to this policy.
